Concentric Equity Partners (“CEP”), the direct investing arm of Financial Investments Corporation, announced the closing of its partnership with Benji Pollan and the recapitalization of Pollan Paving (“Pollan” or the “Company”), a leading provider of asphalt and concrete paving repair, maintenance, and construction services in the Memphis, Tennessee market.
